How do I make a return?Updated 3 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and unused. 

• Before returning;
  • The original packaging must be enclosed in another bag or box to preserve its quality. 
  • All original packaging must be included, all labels, packaging and hangtags.
  • You can reuse the packing bag from the original shipment or use another form of packaging as long as it protects the original box. 
  • Items returned with tape or labels directly on the original packaging or without the orginal packaging, labels and hangtags will be refused or subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable items

No exchanges or refunds are available for items purchased at discounted sale prices.
