An authorization number is required for all warranty claims. To obtain an authorization number, simply email us at [email protected] with :

• Your complete 
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
• Date of purchase
• Pictures of your bag in its entirety
• Pictures of the tags inside
• Pictures of the damage to the Backpack with a description of the damage
• Picture of receipt if available

We will then reply with specific instruction on a case by case basis.
